At Makayla's Cleaning Service we strive to get your cleaning service done right the first time. We go to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction every time we come out to clean your home. Before your cleaner(s) leave they will do a walk through and check all of the areas that were cleaned.

Having said that, nobody is perfect. We still may have missed something during the cleaning process. There are so many small details and sometimes a mistake will slip through the cracks.

Well you don't have to worry about our mistakes. Just call us within 24 hours of the service* to let us know what it was that we missed. If that particular area was supposed to be cleaned with the service that you purchased, we will come back to your home, apartment, office.... that same day to take care of it for you!
